Below are a few additional items to make note of: · Only agents who have opted in will receive foreclosure leads. Agents can opt-in to receiving foreclosure leads from remax.com by logging into their LeadStreet account and checking box 1a in their Agent Options page. · If no agents in an office opt in to receive foreclosure leads, the leads will be sent to the Broker/Owner. · Agents who chose to purchase, from RealtyTrac, the enhanced subscription data will need to view that data on RealtyTrac’s website at www.realtytrac.com · Just like when we launched remax.com, if an agent goes through remax.com and acts as a consumer would act, they will become a lead to another agent. Beginning next week, RE/MAX International’s eBusiness Training Department will be providing 1-2 webinars a week to help Associates in regions that are on the eNeighborhoods platform familiarize themselves with the new changes. Dates and times of these webinars will be published on the Learn Tab/Training Calendar in Mainstreet. Feel free to join if you would like. Find attached a Foreclosure FAQ document as well for your reference. Please let us know if you have any questions. Have a great weekend. Attachments:

It’s a common misconception that people who lose their homes due to foreclosure are simply lazy. Well that may sometimes be the case, most people facing foreclosure are honest, hardworking people who’ve experienced some unforeseen financial setbacks. It could come in the form of an unexpected health condition that leads to costly medical bills, or the sudden loss of a job. Whatever the case, many people are sometimes left without the means to pay their mortgage. When this happens, the lienholder will be forced to begin the foreclosure process which will ultimately end in the borrower losing their home.
